Høvringen is the beginning of a network of marked routes,
both through forest and mountain ground. About 150 kilometres of prepared
routes surround Høvringen.
The area is very suitable for all ages and skiing
abilities. Those who desire strenuous trips to the peaks of Rondane can do
so, and if you'd rather prefer a short morning trip through the forest,
there's every opportunity in the world for this.
Høvringen is the starting point for Trolløypa, a route
between Høvringen and the Olympic city of Lillehammer.
Høvringen Ski School both rent out and sell skiing equipment
and clothing as well as offer basic training and guided cross-country trips.
